VERRAT - Das Credo Der Angst - LP

Founded in Vienna in 2018, VERRAT stands for uncompromising crust that combines death and black metal with the raw energy of D-beat. Their new album, ‘Das Credo der Angst’ (The Credo of Fear), released on 17 October 2025 in analogue and digital form, can be understood as a dark reflection on a society heading towards decline, marked by end-time scenarios and social and cultural division. In this society, conflicts are increasingly violent and fear becomes the driving force, the prevailing belief behind political demands and actions. Musically diverse, yet always aggressively forward-moving, lyrically reflective but angry. In short: political, personal, brutal!
