With TROOPS OF THE SUN, a new monolith emerged from the fog in the sound universe in September 2018. Now the band's debut album ‘To Feed The Heart’ is available. Unmistakably influenced by dark punk, wave and post-punk, the album features 7 slate-grey tracks. Energetic post-punk pearls are accompanied by melancholic mid-tempo numbers. The album is rounded off by the eponymous ‘Troops Of The Sun’, a dark, complex anthem that will resonate forever as a 13-minute beacon. An incredibly strong debut! As usual with MAJOR LABEL, the LP is released in a classy 350 g/m² cardboard with 4-colour inside/out printing. In addition, the only vinyl disc comes with an A2 poster with all the English lyrics and the photos with the choir involved in ‘Troops Of The Sun’ as well as an MP3 download code. * major label 147.
