After nine long years, PEST HOLE from Finsterwalde/Berlin are releasing their third album. The speed has been slowed down slightly, but the focus is now more on precise and powerful beats. Less Municipal Waste/Toxic Holocaust, more Anti Cimex, Midnight, Inepsy. Add to that a good dose of mangy black metal à la Darkthrone and, every now and then, Motorhead from their Overkill days as a driving element in the background. The raw vocals, brought up from deep within and spat out, round off the whole thing perfectly.
