The album tells the story of two beings co-existing in the same body. It begins with "The Source" and ends with the single "Schism".
Bloodletting for the Lonely was recorded by Skot B at Kempton House in Oakland, California. The album will be released as a 12″ vinyl in red black fogged vinyl.
ESSES History:
Formed in 2014, ESSES combine deathrock and post-punk with a touch of punk rock. The band's live performances are surreal and dark and certainly something to behold. ESSES are exactly what you would expect from a lineup that has been or is part of such seminal bands as Altar de Fey, Black Ice, The Phantom Limbs, Red Voice Choir and The Holy Kiss.
ESSES released the LP No Light In This Fire on Atakra Productions in 2016 and the Offering EP on Near Dark Records in 2018.
