In 2008, five years after the great "Misanthropic Generation" LP, Disfear returned with Uffe Cederlund from ENTOMBED on second guitar with an absolute high-flyer of an album, which was released via Relapse at that time. Groovy driving hardcore with punk and crust roots, but in contrast to its predecessor miles away from DISCHARGE and MOTÖRHEAD and playing in a league of its own. In addition, there are great melodies and the husky vocals of ex-AT THE GATES/SKITSYSTEM frontman Tompa Lindberg, who has written lyrics here that are excellent descriptions of the fucked-up state of our politics and society, but on the other hand, like "To Live The Storm", seem almost yearning.
